Cancellation and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 4 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.
Cancellations made less than 4 hours prior to the session will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Failure to attend without notice (a "no-show") will result in the full consultation fee being charged.
Late Arrival Policy
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time.
