The HACCP Accelerator is a structured 12-week implementation program that takes you from uncertainty to a fully documented, audit-ready food safety system. Not a course you watch and forget. A guided build with Nicole reviewing your work at every stage.

Nicole Inwood, owner and founder of Pinnacle Management Systems has over 18 years in food safety consulting, and more than 20 years’ experience as an Exemplar Global–registered certification auditor, bringing deep, practical insight into what certification bodies and regulators expect.
She has conducted certification audits on behalf of globally recognised certification bodies working across food manufacturing, utilities, government, and large corporate environments.
Her experience spans both single-site and complex multi-site operations, supporting organisations to implement and standardise management systems across regions and business units.
