Nicole Inwood, owner and founder of Pinnacle Management Systems has over 18 years in food safety consulting, and more than 20 years’ experience as an Exemplar Global–registered certification auditor, bringing deep, practical insight into what certification bodies and regulators expect.
She has conducted certification audits on behalf of globally recognised certification bodies working across food manufacturing, utilities, government, and large corporate environments.
Her experience spans both single-site and complex multi-site operations, supporting organisations to implement and standardise management systems across regions and business units.
Known for cutting through complexity, Nicole helps businesses translate technical standards into practical, fit-for-purpose systems. Her focus is on building confidence, reducing risk, and enabling organisations to achieve certification and sustainable business improvement without unnecessary burden.
