• Weekly live group coaching sessions (12 sessions). Nicole works through your actual HACCP plan with you, week by week, answering questions specific to your site, your products, and your process. Equivalent consulting value: $7200+.

• Complete Pinnacle template library: every procedure, form, register, and guidance document needed for a fully compliant HACCP-based food safety management system. The same templates sold individually in our store. Retail value: $997

• Expert plan review: Nicole reviews your hazard analysis, CCP determinations, and prerequisite programs and gives you direct feedback on what needs to change before you go to audit. Equivalent consulting value: $1200.

• On-demand session recordings if you miss a live session, the recording is available so you never fall behind.

• 6 months membership to the Pinnacle Food Safety Community ongoing support, resources, and peer connection after the program ends. Value: $1200

• Principles of HACCP certificate on completion. Equivalent training value: $997

Nicole Inwood, owner and founder of Pinnacle Management Systems has over 18 years in food safety consulting, and more than 20 years’ experience as an Exemplar Global–registered certification auditor, bringing deep, practical insight into what certification bodies and regulators expect.

She has conducted certification audits on behalf of globally recognised certification bodies working across food manufacturing, utilities, government, and large corporate environments.

Her experience spans both single-site and complex multi-site operations, supporting organisations to implement and standardise management systems across regions and business units.

Known for cutting through complexity, Nicole helps businesses translate technical standards into practical, fit-for-purpose systems.
