Food Fraud (VACCP) Masterclass and Toolkit
Since the ABC's Duped aired, food businesses have been asking the same question: how do we actually protect ourselves against food fraud?
This masterclass answers it. In one focused session you will learn how food fraud really works, how to assess where your business is genuinely exposed, and how to put controls in place that hold up when an auditor starts asking questions.
This is not just training. We walk through the methodology using the Pinnacle Vulnerability Assessment tool, show you how to use AI to assist the process without handing over your judgement, and include an auditor guide to help you prepare for your audits. You will leave with a method you can put to work straight away, not just a set of notes.
It is taught from the perspective of a practising certification auditor, so everything is grounded in real audits and real businesses.
What you will learn
- What food fraud is, and what is happening around the world right now
- A clear methodology for identifying and ranking your real food fraud vulnerabilities
- How to move from "is it safe?" to the questions that actually matter: is it worth faking, and would you catch it
- How AI can support both the assessment and ongoing monitoring
- The questions an auditor will ask, and how to be ready for them
- Practical steps you can apply this week
What is included

- The recording, so you can revisit it or catch up if you cannot attend live
- A walkthrough of the Pinnacle Vulnerability Assessment (VACCP) tool
- Guidance on using AI to assist your assessment and monitoring
